Section 12.2
Disposition versions
12.2. A person wishing to obtain a class 5 learner’s licence must submit a certificate from a recognized driving school, showing that the person has successfully completed the theoretical part of the driving course appropriate for driving the vehicle covered by the class of licence, which is a prerequisite for beginning the first unit of the practical part of the course.
12.2. A person wishing to obtain a class 5 learner’s licence must submit a certificate from a driving school recognized under section 62 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2), showing that the person has successfully completed the theoretical part of the driving course appropriate for driving the vehicle covered by the class of licence, which is a prerequisite for beginning the first unit of the practical part of the course.
12.2. A person wishing to obtain a class 5 learner’s licence must submit a certificate from a driving school recognized by a body approved by the Société, showing that the person has successfully completed the theoretical part of the driving course appropriate for driving the vehicle covered by the class of licence, which is a prerequisite for beginning the first unit of the practical part of the course.
